Rock Band “h is orange” Plays Warped Tour “Take Action” Stage, Gets Dirty, Plays on HBO, Thinks Unplugged and Achieves “All Access”

Los Angeles, CA April 17, 2004–Rock band “h is orange” is getting around. After bringing out their debut, live full-length CD, “Don’t Trust the Easy” on One Iron Records on February 10th, and getting sales so far in 30 states and 3 foreign countries (Sweden,, tour issue clubs
, Estonia and Japan), they’re now busy getting the CD and songs out in some unusual ways.

In addition to traditional press like the show review, tour issue clubs
, in All Access Magazine’s April 15th issue, the new CD will be reviewed in the widely-read motorcycle lifestyle magazine Racer X Illustrated next month. Two songs from the CD will be featured in the latest of The Great Outdoors motocross video series which covers the AMA Outdoor Nationals (motorcycle racing, tour issue clubs
, on dirt tracks).

The very scary feature film May has just reached HBO channels and with it comes the song “Propeller Plane Crash” which sets the tone for a pivotal scene. Sprint cell phones are offering real-time streaming sports updates through the VTV Scoreline Service on MobiTV channel 12 and each and every song from the Don’t Trust the Easy CD is being used as background music for the sports scores.

The band is also prominently featured in a TV pilot called “Soundcheck” about bands that headline in local clubs and are working toward national exposure.

Nothing is finalized yet but it should be reaching TV screens sometime soon!

Looking forward, the band is working on an acoustic e.p., that will be released in late May or early June.

On July 7th, h is orange will be playing the Warped Tour San Diego stop. They’ve recently found out they’ll be on the “Take Action Tour” Stage. Tickets are on sale thru’ TicketMaster for the event.
