VANCOUVER, BC August 12, 2004 — Running Fox Resource Corp. (TSXV: RUN; OTC.PK: RFXRF) is pleased to announce that the field portion of the 2004 Geochemical Sampling Program on the Brett Gold Project located in southeastern British Columbia has been completed. The 4,000 soil and rock samples are being shipped to ACME Assay Laboratory, an independent analytical lab located in Vancouver, B.C. Initial geochemical assay results are expected to be received during August.
